Continuing on from a previous post of mine, 5 Environmentally Friendly Tips for Designers, I thought I would make a list of website that provide information and resources that might be useful for graphic designers looking to become more environmentally sustainable.

  1. AIGA Center for Sustainable Design - providing designers with a wide range of information regarding sustainable business practice
  2. Lovely as a Tree - the website that tells you everything you need to know to be a more environmentally aware graphic designer
  3. Re-nourish - helping to start the conversation on green graphic design by providing defintions, tips, and links to sustainable resources designers can use to make their work a little greener
  4. Design Can Change - This site is a response to the fact that sustainability resources for graphic designers are limited
  5. Society for Environmental Graphic Design – global community of people working at the intersection of communication design and the built environment
  6. Rethink Design -  an extensive resource for professionals and students in the field of graphic design
  7. Design by Nature – A resource to inspire, educate and empower graphic designers
  8. 101 Things Designers can do to Save the Earth - More than 101 tips to save the earth
