Q: How much does web/graphic design cost?

A: A very important question. A similar kind would be "How much is a car?", it obviously depends on many different factors. It can't be answered without knowing the details of your design project.

We suggest setting out a brief of what you want including details like about your buiness and industry sector, your aims and objectives that you hope to achieve, the target audience and your specific requirements for the project. This will enable us to provide with an accurate quote.

Q: Can you price match my other quotes?

We do not tend to price match, our quote/price is based on what we feel my time for the project is worth. In our experience the old saying of "You get what you pay for" rings true. So it is up to you which you quote you choose based on price and quality.

Q: What is included in the cost?

The cost includes our expertise, experience and our time, which can be hours, days, weeks or months depending on how complex the task or project is. Also, once the project is completed you receive all rights to the design and, if required, files for the original artwork.

Q: How long does my design project take to complete?

Along with the quote we will provide a timescale of when we expect to complete the project. Obviously, it also depends on when we receive any resources needed (ie text, images, etc from the client) and also how long any possible revisions/amendments may take.

Q: When can you start?

As above this will come with the quote and will depend on current workflow and projects.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Our terms are usually 30 days from invoice which is sent once work is completed. For some larger projects we may setup a payment schedule which includes a downpayment and this will be agreed upon before the work starts

We accept payment by Bank Transfer or Cheque.
